Người đã hoàn thành thời gian tập sự hành nghề đấu giá theo quy định của Luật đấu giá tài sản và người không đạt yêu cầu trong kỳ kiểm tra kết quả tập sự trước thực hiện đăng ký tham dự kiểm tra kết quả tập sự hành nghề đấu giá tại Sở Tư pháp nơi người đó có tên trong danh sách người tập sự.</p>

<span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">Những người sau đây được đăng ký tham dự kiểm tra kết quả tập sự hành nghề đấu giá: - Người đã hoàn thành thời gian tập sự hành nghề đấu giá theo quy định tại Điều 13 của Luật Đấu giá tài sản được sửa đổi, bổ sung theo khoản 8 Điều 1 Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Đấu giá tài sản và Thông tư này; - Người không đạt yêu cầu trong kỳ kiểm tra kết quả tập sự trước.</span></p>
