<div> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px;">+ Thương nhân bán buôn sản phẩm thuốc lá gửi 01 bộ hồ sơ về Sở Công Thương.</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px;" /> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px;">+ Sở Công Thương kiểm tra và tiếp nhận hồ sơ của thương nhân, Sở Công Thương xem xét và cấp giấy phép bán buôn sản phẩm thuốc lá. Trường hợp thương nhân không đáp ứng được điều kiện theo quy định, Sở Công Thương sẽ có văn bản trả lời từ chối cấp phép và nêu rõ lý do;</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px;" /> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px;">+ Trường hợp chưa đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, trong vòng 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày tiếp nhận hồ sơ của thương nhân, Sở Công Thương có văn bản yêu cầu thương nhân bổ sung hồ sơ.</span></div>
