Trường hợp từ chối tiếp nhận, giải quyết hồ sơ phải nêu rõ lý do.</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;" />
<span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">- Bước 3: Cán bộ nghiên cứu, thẩm định hồ sơ, thực hiện quy trình lấy ý kiến các cơ quan có liên quan; tổng hợp các ý kiến góp ý đề nghị bổ sung thêm hồ sơ theo ý kiến góp ý (nếu có).</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;" />
