<p> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">- Bước 1: Sau khi được cấp giấy phép thành lập và công nhận điều lệ hoặc trong quá trình hoạt động nếu có sự thay đổi, bổ sung thành viên, hết nhiệm kỳ Hội đồng quản lý quỹ, quỹ gửi hồ sơ đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh đề nghị công nhận quỹ đủ điều kiện hoạt động (đối với quỹ mới được cấp giấy phép thành lập) và công nhận Hội đồng quản lý quỹ.</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;" /> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">- Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận hồ sơ xem xét hồ sơ và đề nghị bổ sung trong trường hợp hồ sơ chưa đầy đủ và hợp pháp. Trường hợp không đồng ý phải có văn bản trả lời và nêu rõ lý do.</span></p>
