<ul> <li> <p> Trình tự thực hiện:</p> </li> <li> <p> a) Tổ chức, cá nhân nộp hồ sơ đến cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về thủy sản cấp tỉnh bằng hình thức trực tiếp tại Bộ phận một cửa; hoặc thông qua dịch vụ bưu chính công ích theo quy định của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, qua thuê dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp, cá nhân hoặc qua ủy quyền theo quy định của pháp luật; hoặc trực tuyến tại Cổng Dịch vụ công quốc gia.</p> </li> <li> <p> - Trường hợp nộp hồ sơ bằng hình thức trực tiếp tại Bộ phận một cửa; hoặc thông qua dịch vụ bưu chính công ích theo quy định của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, qua thuê dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp, cá nhân hoặc qua ủy quyền theo quy định của pháp luật, các thành phần hồ sơ là bản gốc hoặc bản chính hoặc bản sao y hoặc bản sao chứng thực;</p> </li> <li> <p> - Trường hợp nộp hồ sơ bằng hình thức trực tuyến tại Cổng Dịch vụ công quốc gia, các thành phần hồ sơ là bản gốc được xác lập trên môi trường điện tử hoặc bản gốc, bản chính được scan theo quy định.</p> </li> <li> <p> b) Cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về thủy sản cấp tỉnh trả lời ngay tính đầy đủ của hồ sơ đối với trường hợp nộp trực tiếp tại Bộ phận một cửa; trả lời tính đầy đủ của hồ sơ trong 01 ngày làm việc đối với trường hợp nộp hồ sơ thông qua dịch vụ bưu chính công ích theo quy định của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, qua thuê dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp, cá nhân hoặc qua ủy quyền theo quy định của pháp luật và nộp hồ sơ trực tuyến tại Cổng Dịch vụ công quốc gia;</p> </li> <li> <p> c) Trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ đầy đủ, hợp lệ theo quy định, Cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về thủy sản cấp tỉnh cấp đăng ký tàu cá trên địa bàn làm thủ tục đăng ký, vào Sổ đăng ký tàu cá, tàu công vụ thủy sản và cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký tàu cá, tàu công vụ thủy sản theo Mẫu số 05.ĐKT Phụ lục VIII ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 02/2026/TT-BNNMT ngày 01/01/2026 và cấp Sổ danh bạ thuyền viên tàu cá theo Mẫu số 06.ĐKT Phụ lục VIII ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 02/2026/TT-BNNMT ngày 01/01/2026; trường hợp không cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký tàu cá, tàu công vụ thủy sản cơ quan có thẩm quyền trả lời bằng văn bản và nêu rõ lý do.</p> </li> </ul>

<span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">c) Có giấy chứng nhận tạm ngừng đăng ký tàu cá đối với trường hợp thuê tàu trần; giấy chứng nhận xóa đăng ký tàu cá đối với trường hợp nhập khẩu, mua bán, tặng cho hoặc chuyển tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương; </span></p>
