<p> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">- Doanh nghiệp nộp trực tiếp tại Bộ phận Một cửa hoặc qua dịch vụ bưu chính hoặc trực tuyến tại Cổng Dịch vụ công quốc gia hồ sơ đề nghị chấm dứt hoạt động kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành đến Sở Du lịch/Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch; - Trong thời hạn 02 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Du lịch/Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch ra quyết định thu hồi giấy phép kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành nội địa. Quyết định thu hồi giấy phép được gửi đến doanh nghiệp, cơ quan nhà nước về xuất nhập cảnh, cơ quan thuế, cơ quan đăng ký kinh doanh cấp tỉnh nơi doanh nghiệp đặt trụ sở chính, công bố trên cổng thông tin điện tử của Sở Du lịch/Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch và trang mạng quản lý doanh nghiệp kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành. - Sau 20 ngày, kể từ ngày đăng quyết định thu hồi giấy phép kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành nội địa trên cổng thông tin điện tử của Sở Du lịch/Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch trang mạng quản lý doanh nghiệp kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành, trường hợp không có khiếu nại, tố cáo liên quan đến nghĩa vụ đối với khách du lịch, cơ sở cung cấp dịch vụ du lịch thì Sở Du lịch/Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch có văn bản gửi ngân hàng để doanh nghiệp được rút tiền ký quỹ; trường hợp có khiếu nại, tố cáo liên quan đến nghĩa vụ của doanh nghiệp đối với khách du lịch, cơ sở cung cấp dịch vụ du lịch thì Sở Du lịch/Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch phối hợp với các cơ quan có thẩm quyền liên quan giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luật; trường hợp doanh nghiệp bị phá sản, tiền ký quỹ do tòa án quyết định theo quy định của pháp luật về phá sản.</span></p>
