<p> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">Bước 1: Doanh nghiệp nộp 01 (một) bộ hồ sơ đề nghị r&uacute;t tiền k&yacute; quỹ theo quy định trực tiếp hoặc th&ocirc;ng qua dịch vụ bưu ch&iacute;nh c&ocirc;ng &iacute;ch hoặc qua thu&ecirc; dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp, c&aacute; nh&acirc;n hoặc qua ủy quyền đến Trung t&acirc;m Phục vụ h&agrave;nh ch&iacute;nh c&ocirc;ng cấp tỉnh nơi đặt trụ sở ch&iacute;nh thực hiện hoạt động dịch vụ việc l&agrave;m của doanh nghiệp hoặc trực tuyến tại Cổng Dịch vụ c&ocirc;ng quốc gia;</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;" /> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">Bước 2: Trong thời hạn 05 (năm) ng&agrave;y l&agrave;m việc, kể từ ng&agrave;y nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Cơ quan c&oacute; thẩm quyền c&oacute; tr&aacute;ch nhiệm kiểm tra, x&aacute;c thực hồ sơ, việc ho&agrave;n th&agrave;nh nghĩa vụ của doanh nghiệp đối với quy định tại điểm b khoản 3 Điều 16 Nghị định số 352/2025/NĐ-CP v&agrave; c&oacute; văn bản đồng &yacute; việc r&uacute;t tiền k&yacute; quỹ; phương &aacute;n sử dụng tiền k&yacute; quỹ (nếu c&oacute;) gửi doanh nghiệp v&agrave; ng&acirc;n h&agrave;ng nhận k&yacute; quỹ. Trường hợp kh&ocirc;ng đồng &yacute; về việc r&uacute;t tiền k&yacute; quỹ th&igrave; c&oacute; văn bản trả lời doanh nghiệp v&agrave; n&ecirc;u r&otilde; l&yacute; do.</span></p>
