Trường hợp giấy tờ chứng minh kinh nghiệm l&agrave; văn bản của nước ngo&agrave;i th&igrave; phải được dịch ra tiếng Việt, chứng thực v&agrave; được hợp ph&aacute;p h&oacute;a l&atilde;nh sự theo quy định ph&aacute;p luật. Trường hợp đ&atilde; c&oacute; th&ocirc;ng tin về hợp đồng lao động hoặc hợp đồng l&agrave;m việc hoặc qu&aacute; tr&igrave;nh tham gia bảo hiểm x&atilde; hội của người đại diện theo ph&aacute;p luật của doanh nghiệp thực hiện hoạt động dịch vụ việc l&agrave;m tr&ecirc;n cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về Bảo hiểm x&atilde; hội, cơ sở dữ liệu về người lao động th&igrave; kh&ocirc;ng phải nộp giấy tờ chứng minh kinh nghiệm.</td>
