Bước 2: Trong thời hạn 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã có trách nhiệm thẩm định và ra quyết định phê duyệt kế hoạch ứng phó sự cố tràn dầu. Bước 3: Các kế hoạch ứng phó sự cố tràn dầu theo quy định sau khi được cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt phải thông báo cho các cơ quan, đơn vị và địa phương liên quan để phối hợp triển khai theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm quy định trong kế hoạch.</span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>  </p>
