<p> <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Roboto, Arial; font-size: 14px; white-space-collapse: preserve-breaks;">- Doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ nộp 01 bộ hồ sơ đề nghị cấp thay đổi nội dung, cấp lại Giấy chứng nhận doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh. - Trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày tiếp nhận hồ sơ, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh kiểm tra tính đầy đủ, hợp lệ của hồ sơ - Trong thời hạn 10 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ, cơ quan có thẩm quyền có trách nhiệm xem xét việc cấp hoặc từ chối cấp thay đổi nội dung, cấp lại Giấy chứng nhận doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ.</span></p>
