<p> <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Roboto, Arial; font-size: 14px; white-space-collapse: preserve-breaks;"> Doanh nghiệp nộp 01 bộ hồ sơ đề nghị cấp Giấy chứng nhận doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh nơi doanh nghiệp đặt trụ sở chính. - Trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày tiếp nhận hồ sơ, Cơ quan có thẩm quyền kiểm tra tính đầy đủ, hợp lệ của hồ sơ; - Trong thời hạn 15 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ, cơ quan có thẩm quyền có trách nhiệm xem xét việc cấp hoặc từ chối cấp Giấy chứng nhận doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ. Giấy chứng nhận doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ được cấp theo Mẫu số V.4 tại Phụ lục V ban hành kèm theo Nghị định số 268/2025/NĐ-CP; - Cơ quan có thẩm quyền thực hiện việc thẩm định thông qua hình thức tự thẩm định, xin ý kiến chuyên gia độc lập hoặc thành lập Hội đồng thẩm định hồ sơ.</span></p>
