Trường hợp hồ sơ chưa đầy đủ hoặc không hợp lệ, phải có văn bản yêu cầu sửa đổi, bổ sung; c) Trong thời hạn 30 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Khoa học và Công nghệ thành lập Hội đồng tư vấn công nhận trung tâm nghiên cứu và phát triển, tiến hành thẩm định và cấp giấy công nhận trung tâm nghiên cứu và phát triển.
