Bước 2: Chuyên viên Cục Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc Tổ chức được Uỷ ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh giao nhiệm vụ xem xét, thẩm định hồ sơ và thông báo trên hệ thống eCoSys cho thương nhân các nội dung sau: 1. Hồ sơ đầy đủ, hợp lệ và đề nghị tổ chức cấp C/O nơi thương nhân đăng ký hồ sơ thương nhân kiểm tra thực tế năng lực sản xuất của thương nhân; 2. Hồ sơ chưa đầy đủ, hợp lệ và đề nghị thương nhân bổ sung, hoàn thiện (nêu cụ thể chứng từ cần bổ sung). Bước 3: Lãnh đạo/chuyên viên Tổ chức cấp C/O kiểm tra cơ sở sản xuất của thương nhân đăng ký và cập nhật kết quả kiểm tra: - Trong vòng 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo của cơ quan có thẩm quyền, Tổ chức cấp C/O nơi thương nhân đăng ký hồ sơ thương nhân đi kiểm tra thực tế năng lực sản xuất của thương nhân; - Trong vòng 01 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày hoàn tất kiểm tra thực tế năng lực sản xuất của thương nhân, Tổ chức cấp C/O cập nhật kết quả kiểm tra trên hệ thống eCoSys. Bước 4: Chuyên viên Cục Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc Tổ chức được Uỷ ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh giao nhiệm vụ tổng hợp kết quả thẩm định, kết quả kiểm tra thực tế - Trường hợp xét cấp: Lập tờ trình, dự thảo Văn bản chấp thuận trình Lãnh đạo Cục Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc Tổ chức được Uỷ ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh giao nhiệm vụ; - Trường hợp xét không cấp: Thông báo bằng văn bản hoặc trên hệ thống eCoSys cho thương nhân kèm theo lý do cụ thể. Bước 5: Lãnh đạo Cục Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc Tổ chức được Uỷ ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh giao nhiệm vụ xem xét, ký duyệt Văn bản chấp thuận. Bước 6: Chuyên viên Cục Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc Tổ chức được Uỷ ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh giao nhiệm vụ phát hành Văn bản chấp thuận và kết thúc hồ sơ trên hệ thống eCoSys.</span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>  </p>
