<p> <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Roboto, Arial; font-size: 14px; white-space-collapse: preserve-breaks;">a) Trường hợp hồ sơ kh&ocirc;ng đầy đủ theo quy định, trong thời hạn 05 ng&agrave;y, kể từ ng&agrave;y nhận được hồ sơ đăng k&yacute;, cơ quan tiếp nhận hồ sơ th&ocirc;ng b&aacute;o bằng văn bản y&ecirc;u cầu tổ chức gi&aacute;m định sửa đổi, bổ sung hồ sơ; b) Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ v&agrave; hợp lệ, trong thời hạn 10 ng&agrave;y l&agrave;m việc, kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ, Ủy ban nh&acirc;n d&acirc;n tỉnh/th&agrave;nh phố chịu tr&aacute;ch nhiệm cấp Giấy chứng nhận cho tổ chức gi&aacute;m định theo Mẫu số 10 tại Phụ lục ban h&agrave;nh k&egrave;m theo Nghị định số 107/2016/NĐ-CP của Ch&iacute;nh phủ được sửa đổi, bổ sung bởi Nghị định số 154/2018/NĐ-CP của Ch&iacute;nh phủ; c) Thời hạn hiệu lực của Giấy chứng nhận kh&ocirc;ng qu&aacute; 05 năm kể từ ng&agrave;y cấp.</span></p>

b) Được đ&agrave;o tạo về ti&ecirc;u chuẩn quốc gia TCVN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 hoặc ti&ecirc;u chuẩn quốc tế ISO/IEC 17020:2012 hoặc ti&ecirc;u chuẩn quốc gia, ti&ecirc;u chuẩn quốc tế đối với gi&aacute;m định chuy&ecirc;n ng&agrave;nh;</div>
<div>
&nbsp;c) C&oacute; kinh nghiệm &iacute;t nhất 02 năm l&agrave;m c&ocirc;ng t&aacute;c gi&aacute;m định chất lượng sản phẩm, h&agrave;ng h&oacute;a.</div>
