<p> <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Roboto, Arial; font-size: 14px; white-space-collapse: preserve-breaks;">- Bước 1: Tổ chức, doanh nghiệp nộp văn bản đề nghị thu hồi giấy chứng nhận huấn luyện kỹ thuật an toàn trong khai thác khoáng sản tại Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh; - Bước 2: Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh có trách nhiệm tiếp nhận và kiểm tra hồ sơ. Trường hợp hồ sơ chưa hợp lệ, trong thời hạn 02 (hai) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh phải trả lời bằng văn bản và nêu rõ lý do. - Bước 3: Trong thời hạn 03 (ba) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được bộ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh có trách nhiệm ban hành Quyết định thu hồi và thu hồi giấy chứng nhận huấn luyện kỹ thuật an toàn trong khai thác khoáng sản theo Mẫu số 10 tại Phụ lục ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 43/2025/TT-BCT.</span></p>
