<p> <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Roboto, Arial; font-size: 14px; white-space-collapse: preserve-breaks;">Tổ chức đánh giá sự phù hợp khi có nhu cầu cấp lại quyết định chỉ định lập 01 bộ hồ sơ đăng ký chỉ định, gửi về Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương (sau đây viết tắt là cơ quan chỉ định) Trong thời hạn 05 ngày làm việc kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ đầy đủ và hợp lệ, cơ quan chỉ định xem xét, cấp lại quyết định chỉ định. Trường hợp không đáp ứng yêu cầu, cơ quan chỉ định có văn bản trả lời và nêu rõ lý do.</span></p>
