Trong thời hạn 10 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được đủ hồ sơ của doanh nghiệp, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh sẽ có văn bản trả lời doanh nghiệp, trường hợp từ chối phải nêu rõ lý do.</span></p>
