<p> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">- Thương nhân gửi 01 (một) bộ hồ sơ đề nghị cấp điều chỉnh Giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện sản xuất chai LPG mini trực tiếp hoặc qua đường bưu điện hoặc qua mạng điện tử đến Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh. - Trong thời hạn 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh có trách nhiệm xem xét, thẩm định và cấp điều chỉnh Giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện sản xuất chai LPG mini. Trường hợp từ chối cấp Giấy chứng nhận phải trả lời bằng văn bản và nêu lý do. - Thời hạn hiệu lực của Giấy chứng nhận không thay đổi.</span></p>
