<div class="list-expand" style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px;"> <div style="box-sizing: border-box;"> <div class="item active" style="box-sizing: border-box; border-top: 0px;"> <div class="content" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 20px;"> <p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;"> Bước 1: Tổ chức chứng nhận c&oacute; nhu cầu tham gia hoạt động đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; Hệ thống quản l&yacute; chất lượng theo ti&ecirc;u chuẩn quốc gia TCVN ISO 9001 đối với cơ quan, tổ chức thuộc hệ thống h&agrave;nh ch&iacute;nh nh&agrave; nước (gọi tắt l&agrave; tổ chức chứng nhận) lập 01 bộ hồ sơ gửi đến Ủy ban nh&acirc;n d&acirc;n cấp tỉnh.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> Bước 2: Ủy ban nh&acirc;n d&acirc;n cấp tỉnh tiếp nhận hồ sơ, xem x&eacute;t, thẩm định theo quy định:<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> (1) Trong thời hạn 03 (ba) ng&agrave;y l&agrave;m việc kể từ ng&agrave;y nhận được hồ sơ đăng k&yacute;, nếu hồ sơ kh&ocirc;ng đầy đủ theo quy định, tổ chức sẽ được th&ocirc;ng b&aacute;o đề nghị bổ sung hồ sơ.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> (2) Trong thời hạn 10 (mười) ng&agrave;y kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ đầy đủ v&agrave; hợp lệ, trừ trường hợp quy định tại khoản 3 mục n&agrave;y, Ủy ban nh&acirc;n d&acirc;n cấp tỉnh tiến h&agrave;nh thẩm x&eacute;t hồ sơ, cấp Giấy x&aacute;c nhận đủ điều kiện đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; cho tổ chức chứng nhận theo Mẫu số 08 phần B tại Phụ lục ban h&agrave;nh k&egrave;m theo Th&ocirc;ng tư số 07/2025/TT-BKHCN v&agrave; cấp thẻ cho c&aacute;c chuy&ecirc;n gia tư vấn theo Mẫu số 09 phần B tại Phụ lục ban h&agrave;nh k&egrave;m theo Th&ocirc;ng tư số 07/2025/TT-BKHCN nếu tổ chức, c&aacute; nh&acirc;n đ&aacute;p ứng y&ecirc;u cầu. Giấy x&aacute;c nhận v&agrave; thẻ chuy&ecirc;n gia c&oacute; hiệu lực 03 (ba) năm kể từ ng&agrave;y cấp.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> (3) Đối với trường hợp cần thiết phải đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; thực tế, trong thời hạn 20 (hai mươi) ng&agrave;y kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ đầy đủ, Ủy ban nh&acirc;n d&acirc;n cấp tỉnh tiến h&agrave;nh thẩm x&eacute;t hồ sơ, cử chuy&ecirc;n gia hoặc th&agrave;nh lập đo&agrave;n đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; để tổ chức đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; thực tế theo c&aacute;c nội dung sau:<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> a) Sự tu&acirc;n thủ quy định ph&aacute;p luật của tổ chức, c&aacute; nh&acirc;n trong lĩnh vực đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; chứng nhận;<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> b) T&iacute;nh x&aacute;c thực của c&aacute;c hồ sơ đăng k&yacute;;<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> c) Hoạt động kh&aacute;c c&oacute; li&ecirc;n quan tới lĩnh vực đăng k&yacute;.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> Chi ph&iacute; phục vụ hoạt động đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; của chuy&ecirc;n gia hoặc đo&agrave;n đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; do tổ chức đăng k&yacute; cấp Giấy x&aacute;c nhận bảo đảm.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> Căn cứ hồ sơ đăng k&yacute; v&agrave; Bi&ecirc;n bản đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; thực tế, cấp Giấy x&aacute;c nhận v&agrave; thẻ cho c&aacute;c chuy&ecirc;n gia đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; nếu tổ chức, c&aacute; nh&acirc;n đ&aacute;p ứng y&ecirc;u cầu. Giấy x&aacute;c nhận v&agrave; thẻ chuy&ecirc;n gia c&oacute; hiệu lực 03 (ba) năm kể từ ng&agrave;y cấp.</p> <div> &nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p> &nbsp;</p>

C&aacute; nh&acirc;n chỉ được xem x&eacute;t, cấp thẻ chuy&ecirc;n gia đ&aacute;nh gi&aacute; khi thuộc bi&ecirc;n chế ch&iacute;nh thức (vi&ecirc;n chức hoặc lao động k&yacute; hợp đồng kh&ocirc;ng x&aacute;c định thời hạn) của tổ chức chứng nhận tương ứng.</span></p>
