Trường hợp hồ sơ của cá nhân, tổ chức không đúng theo quy định, trong thời hạn 02 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày tiếp nhận hồ sơ, Sở VHTTDL/ Sở VHTT đề nghị cá nhân, tổ chức bổ sung hồ sơ. - Trong thời hạn 02 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận hồ sơ đúng theo quy định, Sở VHTTDL/ Sở VHTT cấp Giấy phép; trường hợp không cấp Giấy phép phải có văn bản nêu rõ lý do; trường hợp cần xin ý kiến của các bộ, ngành hoặc cơ quan có liên quan, thời hạn giải quyết có thể kéo dài nhưng tối đa không quá 10 ngày. - Giấy phép nhập khẩu di vật, cổ vật không nhằm mục đích kinh doanh là căn cứ để cơ quan Hải quan làm thủ tục nhập khẩu.</span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>  </p>

- Các trường hợp không cần Giấy phép nhập khẩu di vật, cổ vật:</div>

+ Văn hóa phẩm là tài liệu phục vụ hội thảo, hội nghị quốc tế đã được cơ quan có thẩm quyền Việt Nam cho phép tổ chức tại Việt Nam. Văn bản cho phép tổ chức hội thảo, hội nghị quốc tế là cơ sở để cơ quan Hải quan giải quyết thủ tục nhập khẩu;</div>
<div>
+ Văn hóa phẩm đã có giấy phép được công bố, phổ biến, phát hành của các cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam;</div>
<div>
+ Văn hóa phẩm là tài sản di chuyển của cá nhân, tổ chức;</div>
<div>
+ Văn hóa phẩm thuộc hành lý mang theo người của người nhập cảnh;</div>
<div>
+ Văn hóa phẩm là quà biếu, tặng có giá trị thuộc tiêu chuẩn miễn thuế theo quy định của pháp luật.</div>
