<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Roboto, Arial; font-size: 14px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">- Độc giả đến sử dụng tài liệu tại lưu trữ lịch sử của Nhà nước ở cấp tỉnh phải xuất trình một trong các giấy tờ sau: thẻ căn cước, thẻ Căn cước công dân, Căn cước điện tử, hộ chiếu hoặc giấy tờ có dán ảnh do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp; trường hợp sử dụng tài liệu để phục vụ công tác phải có giấy giới thiệu hoặc văn bản đề nghị của cơ quan, tổ chức nơi công tác. - Độc giả sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ trực tuyến phải khai báo thông tin để lưu trữ lịch sử của Nhà nước ở cấp tỉnh cấp tài khoản độc giả, thông tin khai báo gồm: họ và tên, số định danh cá nhân/số thẻ Căn cước công dân hoặc số hộ chiếu, thư điện tử, cơ quan công tác, số điện thoại liên hệ, đối tượng ưu tiên (nếu có).</span></p>
