<p> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">a) Bước 1: Nộp, tiếp nhận hồ sơ Chủ rừng là hộ gia đình, cá nhân, cộng đồng dân cư gửi văn bản trả lại rừng đến cơ quan chuyên môn về lâm nghiệp cấp huyện. b) Bước 2: Trình Ủy ban nhân dân cấp huyện Trong thời gian 15 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được đề nghị của chủ rừng, cơ quan chuyên môn về lâm nghiệp cấp huyện đối với chủ rừng là hộ gia đình, cá nhân, cộng đồng dân cư trình Ủy ban nhân dân cấp huyện ban hành quyết định thu hồi rừng. c) Bước 3: Quyết định Trong thời gian 05 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được Tờ trình của cơ quan chuyên môn về lâm nghiệp cấp huyện đối với chủ rừng là hộ gia đình, cá nhân, cộng đồng dân cư, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp huyện xem xét, quyết định thu hồi rừng.</span></p>
