<p> <span style="color: rgb(30, 47, 65); font-family: Nunito, Arial; font-size: 18px; white-space-collapse: preserve;">Bước 1: Cá nhân chuẩn bị hồ sơ theo quy định của pháp luật. - Bước 2: Cá nhân nộp hồ sơ đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã nơi cư trú. Trường hợp công dân nộp hồ sơ đề nghị xác nhận tới cơ quan đăng ký cư trú cùng hồ sơ đăng ký thường trú, đăng ký tạm trú, cơ quan đăng ký cư trú có trách nhiệm chuyển hồ sơ đề nghị xác nhận đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã xem xét, giải quyết. - Bước 3: Cán bộ tiếp nhận hồ sơ kiểm tra tính pháp lý và nội dung hồ sơ: + Trường hợp hồ sơ đã đầy đủ, hợp lệ thì tiếp nhận và cấp giấy hẹn trả kết quả cho công dân; + Trường hợp hồ sơ không đủ điều kiện thì từ chối và trả lời bằng văn bản, nêu rõ lý do và trả kết quả cho công dân. - Bước 4: Căn cứ ngày hẹn trả kết quả để nhận kết quả giải quyết thủ tục xác nhận.</span></p>
